The south of The Netherlands is well known by its friendly people and real hospitality. Guests will experience this real ‘southern’ hospitality in our Brasserie ‘De Stegen’ and Bar ‘t Laarbroek. The kitchen is headed by Robin van Es, who has many years of experience in the kitchen. He passes his passion for food and pure ingredients over to his team. What he likes the most about working at Nobis? “I have the chance to work with beautiful ingredients. I love to work with pure and local products and you can find these products in our dishes. We try our very best to buy as many local and biological products as possible. Our meat, for example, is top quality meat from the MRIJ oxen. This is an oxen breed that grazes along the plains of the rivers The IJsel and The Rijn. MRIJ is since 1905 an official ‘red double breed’ .”
